"Went stale way too fast"
This stuff was fine at first, but it went stale ridiculously fast. Annoying, and kind of a crappy buy if you expect it to stay fresh for more than five minutes.

"Felt a bit ripped off"
I’ll be honest, I was disappointed. The doughnuts looked really nice, which is probably why I got my hopes up, but the taste was just nothing special. For the price, I expected them to feel fresher or at least a little more unique. Instead, I kept wondering if I’d been fooled by the presentation because I’ve had better doughnuts from cheaper places. I don’t think I’d order again unless the prices came down a lot.
"Not really right for my kid’s age"
I bought this from Dough Parlour because I thought it would be a nice fit for my younger kid, but once we actually tried it, it didn’t feel as age-appropriate as I expected.
A few parts seemed better suited for older kids who can just get on with it without much help. My child got frustrated quickly, and I kept having to jump in. When I reached out, support basically said something like “every child develops at their own pace,” which is fair, but it still didn’t really solve the issue for us.
I can see it being fine for bigger kids, just not so much for little ones. I wish the age guidance had been clearer before buying.

I remember being excited when I placed the order because I really thought it would show up quickly. But then days kept passing, the tracking barely changed, and I found myself checking it over and over like, “Is it even moving?” It took a lot longer than I expected, and waiting around for it got really frustrating. The product may be fine, but the delivery experience definitely left me disappointed.

"Customer service was really slow"
I tried getting in touch about my order and didn’t hear back for ages. When they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I’d said, so the answer didn’t help much. I had to follow up again myself and deal with all that. Just made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Didn’t really hold their attention"
I got this for my kid thinking it would be a fun sensory activity, but for some reason it just didn’t keep them interested for very long. The texture felt basic, and it dried out faster than I expected. It just wasn’t really worth it for us.

I ordered from doughparlour.com the item itself was nice enough, so I don’t really have complaints there. The issue was the packaging. It looked a bit rushed, and one corner of the box was already squashed when it arrived, which didn’t give me the best first impression.
Thankfully nothing was completely ruined, but it definitely didn’t feel like it was packed well for delivery. For the price, I expected a bit more care. I kind of wish I’d read some reviews first because now I regret not knowing the packaging could be this poor. I might order again, but only if they improve that side of things.

"Delivery was a mess"
I ordered this thinking it would arrive on time. It didn’t. The delivery updates were unclear. Then it showed up much later than expected. Frustrating when you plan your day around it. I wouldn’t order again if I needed it by a specific date

"The texture just didn’t work for me"
I expected a normal, usable texture, but this was way too thick and gummy. Common sense says it shouldn’t feel like that, so it was disappointing.

"A Surprise Box I Definitely Didn’t Ask For"
I ordered one thing and got a completely different box instead, which was such a fun little plot twist in my day. Not exactly what I was hoping for, it was annoying to deal with.

"I wouldn’t choose this as a gift..."
I wouldn’t choose this as a gift again. It looked cheap in person, and the packaging didn’t help, it just felt a little underwhelming. Fine maybe for yourself, but not something I’d feel confident sending to someone.

"The colors were too much for me"
I only went on the site out of curiosity, but i didn’t last long. The colors hit me right away, and I just didn’t have the patience to keep looking around.
Everything felt way too bright and kind of all over the place. The pinks and other shades didn’t feel warm or cozy to me, just messy and hard on the eyes.
Maybe it works for some people, but for me it made the whole page feel cheap. I gave it 1 star because the color choices really ruined it for me.

I was confused by this one. The scent doesn’t really match what it says at all?? I expected something totally different, so it was a bit disappointing.

"Still not sure about the ingredients"
I wanted to like this, but the ingredients made me a little uneasy. The label wasn’t very clear, so I couldn’t really tell what I was putting in or on my body. I even tried emailing customer support for more info, but the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really answer my questions. Overall, it just didn’t give me much confidence.

"Worked fine, but I almost bailed at checkout"
I found what I needed easily, but the pages were loading a little slow and I definitely had that quick “ugh, come on” reaction. Checkout also confused me at first, but once I figured it out, it was okay overall.
